Born from Experience

I’ve always been an organised person, using a Bullet Journal™ to keep my life on track since 2019. But when my birth plan went off course and I had an emergency C-section with my daughter Lily, I suddenly had no easy way to track all the important details for both our health. In the hospital, I resorted to a temporary notebook to log Lily’s feeding, sleep, and health updates, but it wasn’t ideal. Once I got home, my Bullet Journal™ became my lifeline, and that’s when the idea hit me: why not create a journal specifically for new mums? A simple, helpful tool to lighten the mental load so mums can focus more on bonding, and less on keeping track of everything.
